Families

What it costs to find care.

  • ✓Free to view full profiles and save providers for later.
  • •A 5% family service fee is added on top of the provider's quoted total when you book care — shown in your price breakdown before you submit a request.
When you're actually charged
  1. 1. Request: your card is saved — nothing is charged.
  2. 2. Provider accepts: an authorization hold is placed — still no charge.
  3. 3. Booking completed: the authorized amount is captured — this is the only real charge.
Care Professionals

What it costs to join Safe.

  • ✓Free to apply, get verified, and appear in search — no subscription required.
  • ✓Free to receive bookings — that never requires a paid plan.
  • •A 10% marketplace fee is deducted from your payout only after a booking is completed and paid — never charged upfront, never a subscription.
  • •Optional Premium — $49/month: extra business tools (visibility boost, badge, analytics). Entirely optional; you can turn it on or off any time from your account.
Important

Premium is an optional visibility upgrade — it never changes your SAFE Match % with any family. Match scoring is based on fit to the request, not on whether a provider pays for Premium.
